It really is no secret that The Sugar Studio loves macarons. Our most popular class has take on the nickname “Macaron Monday’s” and we always have a great time explaining the necessary tips and tricks to get this cookie just right. Recently we had the fantastic baker and blogger Kia in our Monday night class and she wrote the best post about Macaron Monday’s.

It may come as no surprise to you that we spent our vacation taking Macaron classes. While in Paris we had the amazing opportunity to take a class at La Cuisine Paris. Definitely my top pick for baking classes while in Paris. The chefs are personable, kind and really make an effort to make sure you are having an enjoyable classroom experience.
